We deliver all packages through UPS to ensure your order is delivered on time.
All bows and ribbons are hand made and each order includes a personal note card.
All orders are shipped out of Collegeville, PA.
Shipments within the United States only.
Orders can not be shipped to PO Boxes.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your UPS Tracking Number. Orders ship out everyday M-F at 3 PM ET. The subject of the email will be UPS Ship Notification. Please check the email address provided on the order, including any spam folders. Click on the Tracking Number to track your order. If you deleted your junk mail, please email us and we will send you your UPS Tracking Number. The delivery date is also listed on your receipt.
UPS guarantees the delivery date listed on your receipt as long as the delivery address is correct, there is someone there to receive the package, and the package is not delayed due to severe weather. If the delivery address is incorrect, including missing apartment and suite numbers, the guarantee is null and void. If no one is there to receive the package and the UPS driver does not feel it is safe to leave the package, the guarantee is null and void. UPS will attempt to deliver the package 3 times or if applicable, UPS will deliver it to a nearby UPS Access Point for pick-up. If the package is delayed due to severe and extreme weather, snow storms or blizzards the guarantee is null and void. If the package is just delayed due to UPS error, and not for the reasons listed above, we will refund your UPS shipping charges. **During the hot summer months, chocolate baskets must be shipped within 2 business days. Otherwise, the Guaranteed Delivery Date is null and void.
Other than Next Day Air Saver deliveries which are delivered by 3 pm to commercial addresses, shipments are generally delivered anytime between the hours of 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. or later to residences, and by close of business for commercial addresses. UPS can not schedule a specific delivery time within that window. The UPS driver can not call the recipient right before they deliver the package.
UPS does not pick up on weekends or use weekend days in their travel calculations. All travel calculations are figured using business days. Example: order placed on Saturday using UPS 2nd day air, will be picked up by UPS on Monday and delivered on Wednesday. We do not offer same day candy delivery service. For future deliveries, we use UPS Ground. UPS does not deliver Ground on weekends, so future deliveries are Monday-Friday only.
We do not require a signature on any of our deliveries. Shipments that do not require a signature can be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather, at the UPS driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, or with a neighbor or leasing office.
Commercial Addresses, Colleges & Hospitals
For deliveries to commercial addresses many times UPS is instructed to deliver all packages to the company's mail room. This is for security and logistic reasons. This is dictated by the company. Not by UPS and not by us. We claim no responsibility for the mail room delivering the package to the final recipient. No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages lost or delivered late by the company's mail room. UPS will not refund us in any way. UPS will correctly state that they delivered the package to the correct address. If the recipient works at a very large corporation, or for patients at hospitals, where all packages are received at an outside dock, we highly recommend you send the package to the recipient's home address instead.
No refunds or replacements will be issued for packages returned by hospitals because the patient already checked out. UPS charges us a $15 dollar return delivery fee. We also have to pay UPS the initial shipping fee when the order originally shipped out (UPS will not refund us in any way), and many of the items are perishables. Again, we highly recommend the package is shipped to the home address instead. Many times the mailroom address listed in UPS Tracking will be slightly different than the original ship to address.
SHIPPING CHOCOLATE DURING THE SUMMER
We provide free ice packs when needed and when day time temperatures exceed 80 degrees, but in the summer heat the chocolates can still melt. Chocolates are a perishable and can not be returned to us. Therefore we can not provide refunds or replacements for melted chocolates. Please consider sending a non-chocolate item during the hot summer months or when shipping to warmer climates.

We are confident you will be pleased with the design, quality and delivery of your arrangement. If you are not satisfied with your order, please return your order in its original packaging and we will refund your order in full or replace it with a product of your choice that is of equal value. We do not pay for the shipping back to us. If you would like to request a credit or replacement, you must email us within 3 days of the delivery date. Please keep in mind that circumstances beyond our control may occur, such as - inaccurate delivery address information, extreme weather, melting during the hot summer months, and availability of recipient to receive the package. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders delayed or returned to us due to inaccurate delivery address information, availability of the recipient to receive the package, or if the recipient refuses delivery.
