All products ordered from Candy Baskets are 100% guaranteed. Customer Service is our # 1 priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please return your order in its original packaging and Candy Baskets will refund your order in full or replace it with a product of your choice that is of equal value. Please keep in mind, that circumstances beyond our control may occur, such as - inaccurate customer information, weather and availability of recipient to receive package. If you would like to request a credit or replacement, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

Shipping & Delivery
Candy Baskets delivers its packages through UPS to ensure your order is delivered on time.

All orders are shipped out of Collegeville, PA.

Orders received before 4:00pm EST are shipped same business day. 

Orders received after 4:00pm EST are shipped next business day.

Orders can not be shipped to PO Boxes.

Real time UPS shipping rates and delivery dates are calculated on the 1st checkout page.

UPS does not pick up on weekends or use weekend days in their travel calculations. All travel calculations are figured using business days. Example: order placed on Saturday using UPS 2nd day air, will be picked up by UPS on Monday and delivered on Wednesday. We do not offer same day candy delivery service.

Other than Next Day Air Saver deliveries which are delivered by 3 pm, shipments are generally delivered anytime between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m to residences, and by close of business for commercial addresses. UPS cannot schedule a specific delivery time within that window. We do not require a signature on any of our deliveries. Shipments that do not require a signature can be left in a safe place, out of sight and out of weather, at the driver's discretion. This could include the front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, or with a neighbor or leasing office.

Once your order ships you will receive an email with your UPS Tracking Number. The title of the email will be UPS Ship Notification. Please check the email address provided on the order, including any spam folders, to track your order.

For candy delivery to warmer climates, all boxes are lined with insulation and ice packs are inserted to protect against heat damage. All at no extra cost to our customers!
