Once your order ships you will receive an email with your UPS Tracking Number. Orders ship out everyday M-F at 3 PM ET. The subject of the email will be UPS Ship Notification. Please check the email address provided on the order, including any spam folders. Click on the Tracking Number to track your order. If you deleted your junk mail or can not find your Ship Notification, please email us and we will send you your UPS Tracking Number. The delivery date is also listed on your receipt.

 

 

Real time UPS shipping rates and delivery dates are calculated on the 1st checkout page. You can also find many answers to shipping & delivery questions on our Shipping & Delivery page.


 

Other than Next Day Air Saver deliveries which are delivered by 3 pm to commercial addresses, shipments are generally delivered anytime between the hours of 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. or later to residences, and by close of business for commercial addresses. UPS can not schedule a specific delivery time within that window.

 

We can not custom make any items. All of our products are pre-made to make sure we ship them out on-time every day.

 

 

If you see "Duplicate Transaction" on the checkout page, it means your order was declined duplicate times. Please check all of the information entered or try a different credit card. Once your order actually goes through, you will receive a confirmation number.

 

 

SHIPPING CHOCOLATE DURING THE SUMMER
We provide free ice packs when needed and when day time temperatures exceed 80 degrees, but in the summer heat the chocolates can still melt. Chocolates are a perishable and can not be returned to us. Therefore we can not provide refunds or replacements for melted chocolates. Please consider sending a non-chocolate item during the hot summer months or when shipping to warmer climates.
